Elm Creek Watershed Authority is located in 4 counties as well as
several cities and municipalities.\u00a0 Due to cities being classified as
home-rule cities, municipalities, etc., and differing notices for each,
ECWA will not be able to provide a \u201cstandard\u201d notice to purchaser.\u00a0 The
following forms are for properties within the city boundaries and the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of a city, of which ECWA will not identify
which form to use. (See Below)<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
